Where are your apartments located?
These downtown apartments in Columbia, MO are located at 308 S Ninth Street and directly across the street from the University of Missouri Journalism School, offering an easy walkable route to classes for students.
These apartments are at the corner of 10th and Broadway in downtown Columbia, MO, just across the street from The District of Downtown Columbia. For students and young professionals, The Lofts on Broadway is a 5-minute walk to the MU Journalism School.
The Lofts at Cherry Hill - West Village:
Want to live in southwest Columbia? These one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are located at 2101 Corona Road in The Village of Cherry Hill, a beautiful neighborhood with a Town Square and pool access.
The Lofts at Cherry Hill - East Village:
As the other half of our Cherry Hill apartments, The Lofts at Cherry Hill - East Village is located at 2100 Corona Road in Columbia, MO.
The Lofts at the Manor is located at 1115 Ashland Road, and The Manor House is located at 1121 Ashland Road. Both of these Columbia, MO apartments are near the University Hospital and the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine.

What are my parking options at each Columbia, MO apartment?
There are multiple options to choose from when it comes to parking at The Lofts on 9th. First, you can ask to be placed on our garage parking waitlist. If you receive a spot, this would be an extra monthly fee. The parking would be at either the 10th and Cherry garage or Short Street garage, which are both owned and operated by the City of Columbia. Another option, if you plan on staying as a student, is to apply for a spot through the University of Missouri. The third option for parking is renting a space from Real Property Group, who own several parking lots in the area.
With The Lofts on Broadway, one parking pass per tenant is available for purchase at the Short Street parking garage.
The Lofts at Cherry Hill - East & West Village:
Parking spaces are provided on site at both Cherry Hill locations.
Parking is provided on site for the apartments and the Manor House.
Which commercial shops are located on the apartment properties?
Subway, Wendy’s, Tigers Community Credit Union, International Tap House, Insomnia Cookies, Varsity Nails, and Thai Express are all located at The Lofts on 9th.
Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi Bar is located on the first floor of The Lofts on Broadway. Other shops like Hot Box Cookies, MindRight Wellness, and Jimmy John’s are on the same street.
The Lofts at Cherry Hill - East & West Village:
Barnes Healthcare, Xpress Liquor, Elevate Salon & Spa Studios, Registered Agents Network, and Studio 104 Barbershop are all located at The Lofts at Cherry Hill.
Are The Lofts of Columbia pet-friendly?
We allow many breeds of cats and dogs in our apartment complexes! If you are moving in with your furry companion, there will be a one-time fee of $350 and the monthly pet rent is $20. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) will not be charged.
Do you offer furnished apartments in Columbia, MO?
There are some furnished units available at our downtown apartment locations – The Lofts on 9th and The Lofts on Broadway. We typically include patio furniture for apartment units with balconies and a wide-screen TV for entertainment in the living room. With The Lofts of Columbia, you’ll be given the essential appliances – a washer and dryer unit, a stainless steel oven and refrigerator, a dishwasher, and more!

Southwest Columbia is home to many beloved spots and traditions. Whether you choose the East Village or West Village, you’ll find something you love near Cherry Hill. One of the hottest locations is The Magic Tree in Cherry Hill Park, where people can admire beautiful lights during the holiday season. You can also visit local restaurants, fitness and sports centers, hair salons, and more.
When you’re not studying or focusing on work, The Lofts at The Manor and the Manor House have an incredible location for trails like Hinkson Creek or Grindstone Nature! It is also a short drive away from sports venues like Faurot Field or the Hearnes Center, so you’re always close to the next game.

Are utilities included in my rent at The Lofts of Columbia?
Each tenant will be responsible for paying for the electricity, water, sewer, refuse, and other fees or taxes through the City of Columbia. Tenants must put the utilities in their name on or before the lease commencement date.
Is internet connection included in the rent?
Yes! Every apartment unit at The Lofts of Columbia comes with high-speed wi-fi installed prior to move-in. Avoid long calls with an internet company and complicated instructions for setting up a modem in your Columbia, MO apartment.

Some maintenance requests may be classified as emergencies and require more immediate attention. Examples of these emergencies are a building power outage, inefficient air conditioning or heat in extreme weather, and floods or water leaks of any kind.
